SHIPPING/PAYMENT
Do not send any payment before Invoice!
- European buyers can pay using IBAN, Bank Transfer or Paypal. We only accept Euro. We don`t accept checks.
- Payment is expected within 2-3 days from the date of invoice.
- Anybody wishing to add to an order can do so, but please let me know on the first quote so that I can keep the order open.(Max.2 days).
- I'm more than happy to provide a no obligation quote before deciding to order!.

If you experience any problems with any part of your order please contact us prior to leaving feedback and we will try and resolve them for you.
We no longer accept cancellation of orders for the following reasons
1) I don't want it anymore.
2) I found it cheaper somewhere else, an order is a binding contract to purchase.
3) Shipping it's too much. (You can ask before by quote or email).
If the buyer isn't happy with the order "damaged items must be returned for refund." There will be no refund for shipping cost and opened sets and for shipping damaged (ask for photos).Last Updated: 17 Aug 2020
